To further expand on recent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Design Engineer.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Electronics Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be involved in the design and development of our in-house systems.
The engineer will be working alongside other members of the design department to deliver innovative products for the subsea and offshore sectors.
Responsibilities:
Designing and prototyping electronic circuits and systems.
Leading design and or collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems into larger products.
Working within our ISO 9001 framework to produce product documentation, including test specifications and procedures.
Conducting testing and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and reliability.
Staying current with industry trends and advancements in electronic engineering.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ‘Electronic and Electrical Engineering’ or related field.
Strong understanding of electronic circuit design principles.
Proficiency in CAD software for circuit design, simulation and PCB layout.
Proficiency in programming of MCU and PIC devices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Desired Traits:
C / C# language skills.
Experience with DSP / FPGA coding.
Experience of Acoustic Systems (preferably underwater).
Experience of RF circuit design and analogue electronics.
Strong mathematical or physics background.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering development, and systems. Â The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within the organisation.
The successful candidate will be working with our engineering design team and interfacing with client(s) to deliver engineering projects.
There will be limited away from base or offshore time will be necessary, for trials, system testing, client training, demonstrations and product evaluations.
Responsibilities:
Manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead and coordinate the activities of the project team.
Communicate project status to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
Ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget.
Investigate slippage and refine processes.
Compile project documentation, conduct audits, and review project performance
Requirements:
Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject
Experience in project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of engineering principles and technical software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel unhindered domestically and internationally
